Managing Director (MD)
The MD is responsible for day-to-day operations, and presents proposals for strategy, goals, actions and financial statements, as well as important investments. Nceba is our MD.
COO -Lucia Noxolo Mzungule
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the corporate improvement programme and for driving operational efficiency across Eagle-age Protection's business units. The COO also plays a key role in the further development of Equinor. The role of the COO organisation is to drive consistent long term safe and efficient operational performance and value creation.
Head Of Operations: Thoverson Moodley
The Head of Operations oversees the operational activities of the business and ensures that the workforce is productive. He works with other senior staff on strategic planning, ensuring that staff are all aware of operational best practices.
Administrator -Samantha Beukes
The Administrator is the corporate controller with responsibility for the administration of resources and office processes such as wage payments and dispute resolutions.
Receptionist -Deidre Jacobs
The Receptionist is the first face of the company. She serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. She maintains security and telecommunications system. She informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. She supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Head Of Control Room -Louise Brown
The head of the control room is responsible for monitoring, logging, and manning of the control room and systems as well as reporting daily on operational status.
